It’s important to connect with your coach or facilitator, great things happen when personal connections are made. So here is a little bit about BALANCED FOCUS CONSULTING and the founder and Director Mandy Davies.
Mandy is a qualified coach and facilitator who has a Masters in Human Resources, a Degree in Health Sciences, a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, and is accredited in various development tools.
As owner of three businesses she understands governance, board responsibilities and the drivers of company performance. Mandy’s own balanced focus has resulted in her holding senior HR positions, working with CEOs and senior leadership teams to create transformational change, whilst also creating her version of a life well lived.
Mandy regularly partners with carefully selected Associates under the Balanced Focus Brand. This means that her clients get the best possible fit of facilitator/consultant for their business, and it means that Balanced Focus Consulting is able to scale up to deliver large projects with ease.
A curiosity for life has fuelled Mandy’s passion for travel and adventure. Her Travel experiences have been wide and varied and have included: trekking in Nepal, driving a rickshaw 1000 km across southern India without a map, diving with whale sharks in Mexico, exploring Cambodia by scooter, and cruising around Cuba in 1959 Chevy.
Mandy works across New Zealand, Australia and Asia, having lived and worked in different countries she appreciates the cultural subtleties of each place.
